After being in the Marine Corps for 25 years and moving every three to four years, you really begin to appreciate having a safe and loving place to call home. Being able to give that same feeling to someone else is my passion. I just love helping my clients find a house and make it a home.

My name is Tim Kirk, retired Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) from the U.S. Marine Corps, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me then helping my clients buy or sell their homes. I have over 23 years of sales and business development experience, with the most recent 4.5 years specifically focused in residential real estate in Southern California.

As a licensed REALTOR® and certified San Diego Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I really understand that every client has a unique situation which requires flexibility, active listening, patience, and a vast amount of current real estate knowledge.

Just over a year ago, I decided to build a team to support my growing business. I had been asked by a transitioning veteran to mentor him in the business and after thinking it through I agreed and he came on board. Since then the team has grown and we have developed this great trust, camaraderie and support network for each other and our clients.

Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty was actually chosen for me, before I chose them. But once inside the brokerage, I really saw the value of the brand. They are a professional organization that continues to reach for the stars, constantly working to improve their brand and awareness. Not to mention they offer so many unique resources and in turn this helps us provide better service to our clients.

I’m passionate about giving back to my community, whether it be through volunteering with local non-profits or helping people find a place to call their own.
