Top Producing Realtor, Tim Kirk dressed to perfection and ready to celebrate, hundreds of San Diego’s Top Producing Realtor® filled the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel on Saturday January 12th, 2019 to participate in the prestigious Circle of Excellence event put on by the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
In partnership with the San Diego Union Tribune, this annual event highlights REALTORS® who have exemplified excellence in their profession, honoring those top producers. These dedicated individuals get the opportunity to be recognized for all of their hard work, while dining with their peers.
Not only are they recognized at the Circle of Excellence Awards Ceremony, but they are also featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune Sunday edition, showcasing their talents to the entire San Diego community.
This year, Tim Kirk of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Carlsbad office, took home the Recognition of Excellence Gold Award. This award is earned by those Realtors® who sold at least 25 units or $25 million in residential real estate over the required timeline of 2018. Not only is this an amazing accomplishment, but Tim actually sold 39 units and $25 million worth of residential real estate, truly reflecting all of Tim’s hard work, dedication and commitment to each and every one of his clients.
REALTORS® who have exemplified excellence amongst their peers are eligible for the one of SDAR’s long standing Awards of Excellence (AOE). The winners are selected by their industry colleagues through votes cast before the event. Tim was nominated and interviewed for Realtor of the Year 2018.

With live entertainment, casino games, a cigar and whiskey bar, and of course dancing, the night was filled with laughter and positive energy.
