About Agent

Giulietta:  After having a successful career in property management in Sydney, Australia, I moved to the US, where I received my real estate license and reinvented myself as a great real estate agent. This business continues to push me to grow & expand beyond my current horizons. It’s really an exhilarating profession.

John:  The 30+ years of experience I have building homes made my transition to real estate rather seamless. While my first passion is building homes, I understand what it takes to create a product that buyers will appreciate and love. 

Team/Work Philosophy

John: We are both extremely determined people, which is necessary to really succeed in this business. We are hyper-organized, with tons of systems in place so nothing slips through the cracks. 

Giulietta: In this business, we have to wear a lot of different hats and there are alot of moving parts in a transaction. If you aren’t organized you will likely have troubled transactions or a failing business.
