My name is Scott Peck with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. 

Beneath every sale is a life in transition – downsizing, upsizing, career moves, retirement, divorce, or moving closer to family members. I take great joy in bringing success to these life transitions. 

My passion for high standards and guiding clients through the selling and buying process began when I was the nationwide Training Manager of 500 sales people and while earning my Masters in Adult Education and my Doctorate in Theology. My passion for empowering people blossomed into my 33 year real estate career.

I’ve spent years developing my expertise in pricing, marketing, negotiating, and problem solving so my sellers can walk away with the highest possible price and a smooth transaction. And it’s amazingly satisfying to have such happy and grateful clients.
