I started real estate 25 years ago. After having a horrible experience with a realtor, I wanted to learn more about the business. Then, the opportunity arose to help a friend in their journey to buying a home, and I was hooked. Seeing my clients happy faces when they find the right home is an incredibly rewarding experience. Real estate is a great way to bring joy to people’s lives.
I am a civil engineer and a realtor. At my core, I am analytical, so I take data, analyze it, and teach my clients what I know so they can make an informed decision to find their next home. Also, my background helps me to evaluate how investing in a home can best impact their future.
The best part about being a realtor is getting to help my clients take chances and build trust in investing in their future. I especially love working with families. Real estate is complicated and there are a lot of factors involved in selling and buying a home. I maximize my background in project management to make the transition from one home to the next as smooth as possible.
My philosophy is to truly get to know my clients and make them feel confident every step of the way. My team’s goal is to fully support our clients. We are always available for them, and we are always developing our skills to sell homes at the highest price, fast. We may not sell 100 homes at a time, but we put 110% of our effort and attention to be there for our clients to make their lives easier. My team is adaptable and meets our clients where they are at. From staging, hiring handymen, contracting movers and cleaners, and using the latest in marketing technology, we cover our bases to give them the best service possible. I believe that my clients only have one job: find a home that inspires them.
