On a beautiful evening in January 2020 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Downtown San Diego, CA SDAR, Circle of Excellence Award Gala took place. The Circle of Excellence recognizes the top-producing teams and individual REALTORS® who exemplify excellence in the region’s real estate industry. 

 

 Tim Kirk, of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Carlsbad office attended this event as a nominee for two different awards; Circle of Excellence; Platinum for production and Team REALTOR® of the year award. This is Tim’s second consecutive year for being nominated for Team REALTOR. 

 

“I’m really excited because part of the celebration is an award for excellence and I am up for the platinum award for production. I was nominated for the second year in a row at the Team REALTOR® of the Year. Just being in the top three is a horror in and of itself.” 

Tim enjoyed the evening by making his social rounds in speaking to and congratulating his associates for being nominated. Nearly 800 guests attended the event, which included a reception, dinner, dancing, a casino night for charity, and the awards presentations.

These events are full of life and all from a diverse community with the members of SDAR. Even found one of our clients, Amber Anderson who was presenting an award and also  happens to be a peer of Tim’s.
