Escondido, Calf., June 3, 2018 – Kim Koll of Pacific Sotheyby’s International Realty hosted her first annual “Client Appreciation Party.” Those in attendance ranged from past and present clients, family, and friends, all of who came out to celebrate another successful year for Kim. This event was a way that Kim felt she could express her gratitude to her network for all the support.

This first annual “Client Appreciation Party,” was held on a clear Spring day with amazing weather! There were plenty of activities such as a gift raffel, cornhole, soccer, and a generous amount of food and great wine from Orfilia Winery and Vineyard located in Escondido, CA.

Eighteen months after the sale and purchase of their home, “I couldn’t be more grateful,” said Leslie Doscher who expressed her appreciation on her overall experience with her agent Kim Koll.

Kim Koll celebrated with her guest by setting up a raffle with gifts that she secretly or not so secretly personalized for her clientele. Gifts ranged from toys to wine. There was something for everyone.

Current prospect for a new home Jennifer Marshall stated, “She very good at listening to all of our request ‘cuz we have many.” Along with husband Garrett and baby Marshall, Jennifer thank Kim for being so patient with them during the entire process.

As the day came to a close, graciously expressed her appreciation by stating, “so, today I just wanted to thank everybody for their support and really wanted it to be intentional to get everyone together and have a nice Sunday afternoon.”
