We’re excited to share the power of real estate with you in this episode! We sat down with Jeff Whittington, born and raised in La Mesa, San Diego. When you’re a third-generation realtor, it’s not hard to see why Jeff is successful. With his long history of success and detailed orientation as an agent for all things property – from homes or commercial properties–he knows what he likes! He was “born” into this job so let us jump right into some questions we had on today’s podcast.
Q: What got you into real estate?
A: Working as a full-time firefighter/paramedic for the City of San Diego was an amazing experience. However, after seven years, some needs needed to be filled, and real estate was “in my blood” because it had been something I had been exposed to at a young age. The transition into sales wasn’t hard once I decided to leave firefighting behind and pursue this new field in sales.
Q: What makes you so passionate about real estate?
A: When you buy or sell a home, it can be an emotional process for people. It’s one of the most significant transactions some will ever make, and we have the unique opportunity to help them through that tough time in their life by being professional throughout all steps with care taken when needed most
Q: What do you attribute your success to?
A: Working with me guarantees that you will have an unforgettable experience. I know how to close deals, and my goal in life isn’t just the money or any old client–it’s having formed lasting relationships over time where everyone walks away smiling!
Q: Let’s talk about video. How are you using it right now?
A: Video provides an excellent opportunity to get prospective buyers emotional, which is especially important in today’s fast-paced world.
Q: What are some of your pains when it comes to video?
A: It is essential for me to feel as if a piece of content fits my brand and image. If it doesn’t, I won’t put the work into posting it out there because then people would be able to see that something about which you have high standards isn’t perfect in every way possible- which isn’t true! It takes effort from both ends: creating quality material while also ensuring enough time is spent on marketing your blog/website so new followers can find their way back home again.
Jeff is a top-notch realtor who strives for perfection with every client he serves. I learned some new things from my interview and hoped you all did too! It takes time; nothing happens overnight- if you want something bad enough, then it will be yours in due course of events; don’t give up on your goals just yet because no one said success would come easy or without its challenges along the way.
