POSITION AVAILABLE: Lincoln County has a job opening for (1) full-time Dispatcher with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in Libby.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position requires skills in typing and in operating dispatching equipment, the ability to relay information clearly and accurately, to remain calm and think clearly in stressful situations, to deal effectively with agitated individuals, to understand and relay rambling and disconnected information in clear and concise terms to the proper personnel or agency, and to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, other agencies, and the public.
