Our Client, a well-respected Brand and Retailer in the Cannabis industry, is expanding and actively seeking experience Retail GM's to help lead strong high volume teams. You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the store, lead and develop a large retail team, drive sales and customer experience, and make sure the operation runs efficiently, compliantly, and at a high level. What we’re looking for: Proven GM or senior retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment Strong track record leading, coaching, and developing large teams Highly metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where there’s always something happening A hands-on leader who can balance people, performance, and compliance This is an opportunity to join an established Maryland cannabis operation and have a meaningful impact on one of its highest-volume retail environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
