This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and submitting qualified candidates for recruiter review.
The Junior Recruiter will work under close guidance from experienced recruiters and Talent Acquisition Management while developing the skills needed to manage recruiting responsibilities more independently.
