As a Security Officer TSA TWIC Unarmed Patrol Driver in Houston TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols remain visible to help deter incidents monitor assigned areas and report security-related concerns. This driving role requires a valid drivers license and offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring agile reliable and innovative team that acts with integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors visitors and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings grounds access points parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location verify credentials as directed maintain visitor and contractor logs and report access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete required activity reports incident reports and shift logs accurately and promptly while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
