September 5, 2018 – Jenn Blake of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty hosted a luxury home wine event at the intricately designed Scripps Ranch estate located at 11238 Wheatland Place in the neighborhood of Stonebridge Estates. Professionally landscaped this Scripps Ranch estate offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and features over 5,800 square feet of intricately designed living spaces.

Jenn Blake and her team created an amazing environment for all her guests to enjoy during this luxury home wine event. A perfect home for such an event as it is featured with a 3,000-bottle wine cellar. The evening filled with entertainment and food, with specially selected wine from the homeowners’ wine collection, as well as hors d’oeuvres, live music all while enjoying the panoramic views the home affords. Special music by a solo acoustic guitarist was also featured at this luxury home wine event.

Guest moved through the property enjoying different aspects of the home including the family room, complete with a custom stone wall and a fireplace with solid wood mantle. Another popular area that guest enjoy was the custom-built California Room. Hosting the luxury home wine event really helped showcase just how fantastic this room is for entertaining. With three televisions, cathedral beam-covered ceilings with heaters, a Spanish tilted fireplace, and sliding barn-door style windows and doors, there’s no denying it was a guest favorite. Additional features included a Kalamazoo BBQ, deluxe pizza oven, kegerator and a refrigerated beer tap.

During the luxury home wine event, Jenn Blake gave tours around the property for guests to really take in just how special this house is and to show off all the elegant yet functional space.
