On a beautiful evening at the Hilton in Del Mar, CA the NSDCAR, Awards & Installation Gala took place. Tim Kirk, of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Carlsbad office came to celebrate his Real Estate Peers and Industry professionals.North San Diego County Association of Realtors is one of the largest realtor associations in California, with over 6,000 professional members. This event was to show their appreciation for the realtors and give out yearly awards for those who participate.

“It’s really amazing to be here tonight to not only support all the realtors in San Diego, but you know what, we have a lot of folks with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty are up for awards tonight. We’re here to support each other and to do great things for our community.

The night started with a cocktail hour where attendees catch up with their peers as the room filled with anticipation and excitement. As attendees fill in hotel halls, it was time to start the program. The NSDCAR, Awards & Installation Gala is a night of just that, giving out awards and an installation of the new officers being inducted.

Tim Kirk, started the night off with asking those who were in the audience this question, “Can I just get a quick raise of the hand if you have served in our military?” Tim, who is also a decorated military veteran, thanked those who raised their hand. “Thank you, each and every one of us appreciate you writing that check which was blank and writing in almost the cost of your life. We will never forget that.” Tim Kirk is a licensed Realtor and certified Military Relocation Professional (MPR). Tim served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he ranked Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9).

As Tim, extended his gratitude to those who served, he also express his appreciation for the first respondents. Then lead the audience to pledge their allegiance to the United States, prior to starting the program.

“It’s been really excited to be here with so many great real estate agents. We’re closing out 2019 with a real bang. I tell you what, we are really excited for 2020 and I got a lot of great things in store. I’m sure the other agents do as well, but the more that we get out and we meet other real estate agents, not only here in our own backyard but across the nation, I tell you what, I’m excited on what Tim Kirk Team has in store.
