Sean graduated from SDSU with a degree in Journalism and after working for financial service companies, Sean sought to focus more on advertising. He’s worked closely with some of America’s most prestigious financial companies, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo and HSBC.

  • Q: Let’s talk about your success. Volume? Team?
  • A: I did not have a team until this last year. I did not know how much it would inspire me, to learn, grow and be a part of that.
  • Q: What makes you so passionate about real estate?
  • A: My passion for architect and design. I went to school to learn bout architect and design. This coupled with Real Estate helps me do what I love most which are creating a lifestyle for buyers and sellers.
  • Q: What do you attribute your success to? 
  • A: Gratitude. My clients come back time after time whether it be 2nd home kids home etc. I have created a nice client base based on referrals.
  • Q: How has Mindset played in your success? 
  • A: 100% of my success. Write down the things you are grateful for and the things that you want to come to fruition. I write down everything before I go to bed and recheck it in the morning.
  • Q: How do you stay focused? 
  • A: Having a great team that reminds you so we keep each other on track and having good systems in place.
  • Q: What advice do you have for a new realtor or someone coming into the industry?
  • A: Definitely join a team. I did not start off on a team but real estate 20 years ago was a lot different than it is now.

  • Q: Let’s talk about video. How are you using it right now? 
  • A: I have used video for my listings and for my brand for a while now. We incorporate professional videos and fun videos. It is pretty funny how the fun videos my team puts together get more likes and attention than my professional videos. You really do need a good fix of the two since we are professionals but a lot of people like to see our personalities too.

Personal Development

  • Q: What helps you get inspired everyday?
  • A: I like making a difference with my buyers and sellers. I also love having people on my team that I feel accountable to because I want to be a mentor to them so they can get all of the things that they dreamed of. Also, Gucci shoes.
  • Q: Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
  • A: I love to work. I will probably never retire. My team is growing which is new to me. I would like to see how much we have grown together in the next 5 years.
