Q(Mike): What’s your ‘goto’ when you want to appreciate San Diego?

A(Tanya): My ‘goto’ changes all the time, because  this city shows me something new all the time. Whether it’s hiking out in Fallbrook, or surfing at swamis, having tacos in Barrio Logan to watch the low riders…this city is non-stop and I don’t have any favorites.

Q(David): Question for you Mike as a broker, how does working with agents who are particularly found of the city that they are representing in make a difference in the service?

A(Mike): Well we take care of the client above and beyond just the transaction. Helping them fall in love with not only the house but the community and things to do around the community, it just makes the client happier. It helps with Tanya’s personality, how positive she is and how current she is with everything going on in San Diego… all that really helps the client feel confident moving here (North San Diego) and working with Tanya.
