I love putting families in their dream homes. As a child, I remember scurrying around with my siblings and choosing which room would be ours to decorate as we pleased; it’s such an exciting experience for kids today! The root of this career is helping people find joy by giving them what they want – whether that means homeownership or the perfect rental.

What I Do
I work with people to help them find their perfect home. This includes first-time buyers, move-up buyers, those looking to downsize, and even investors. I walk my clients through every step of the home-buying or renting process so that they feel comfortable and confident with their decision. Home buying can be an emotional roller coaster, but it’s my job to make sure that the end result is worth the ride.

The most fulfilling part of my job is getting to know each of my clients on a personal level. I take the time to understand their needs, wants, and budget in order to find properties that fit not just their criteria, but also their lifestyle. It’s so rewarding when I see the look of excitement on their face when we find the one – whether it’s a charming starter home or a luxurious estate.

When it comes to working with investors, I enjoy the challenge of finding properties that will generate the highest return on investment. It’s always satisfying to see a happy client collecting rent checks month after month (or cashing out big time when they sell!).
