2017 RECAP | Top Producing Real Estate Agent2017 End of the Year Recap

Being a top producing real estate agent is more than just helping people buy and sell their homes, at least that’s how I look at it. There is a lot that goes on day to day besides showing homes and writing  contracts. I strive to be immersed into my community, giving back however I can, and really focusing on creating an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

2017 was a monumental year for my team and I. Not only did we help 25 buyers this year, but we sold 16 homes for a total of $29,365.284 in sales. With an average sales price of $682,913.58, we helped contribute to many people’s dream of owning or selling their home.

In addition, I grew the Tim Kirk Team, welcoming new members Mike, Ali, Jessica and Wayne. These dedicated and hardworking individuals all contribute to making each transaction run smoothly. As a top producing real estate agent it’s been great to provide even better service to my clients with a full and functioning team.

2017 RECAP | Top Producing Real Estate Agent (2)I participated in numerous charity events this year.  As the co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Hire Our Heroes we continue to provide training opportunities, coaching and mentoring for our military and veterans.  I’m also honored to work as a Senior Project Manager for the Gary Sinise Foundation’s R.I.S.E program. This program builds specially adapted smart homes for our nation’s severely injured veterans. As a retired U.S. Marine, these programs really hit home for me and provides me opportunities to give back to the community I served for half my life.

We attended the prestigious Circle of Excellence event put on by the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, and was awarded the Silver Award for being a top performing agent in San Diego County. This award is given to those realtors who sold at least 15 units or $15 million worth of residential real estate over the past year. It was truly humbling to receive this award while being surrounded by so many of my peers.

Our team hosted our first annual holiday party, where many clients, past and present, came to celebrate the holiday season. We had numerous raffles, played fun games such as the  White Elephant gift exchange, ugly sweater contest, took lots of pictures and enjoyed some great cuisine! It was a great way to stay connected with all of my clients and to just partake in some good old-fashion holiday festivities!

We are keeping the momentum alive going into 2018, and are looking forward to housewarming parties, client appreciation parties, and continuing to help our clients find their dream homes or sell their real property!
