Caliber Home Loans is the number one Mortgage Consultant office in Chula Vista. They have helped over 118K families purchase a home, and 70 K forbearance customers stay in their homes with the fantastic service that they provide! One employee who stuck out this past year was Phana Par. She planned and hosted an incredible Christmas Carnival for everyone at Caliber Loans to celebrate together and get more connected internally through fun activities like games & prizes while spreading happiness throughout our workplace.

Phana Par is excited to welcome everyone into the Christmas Carnival of 2021. This will be Caliber Home Loans first-ever holiday party for clients and their special little friends alike! The atmosphere at this event should feel very intimate, with activities planned by Phanas own hands. The carnival was a huge success. For one thing, it included some fun activities for the kids and their families to enjoy together, such as a playground in backyards, a mini train, a balloon artist, face painting, and we have carnival games. They also have Santa Claus, who comes every year since they started this tradition long ago.

And Phana covered all of their costs so they could buy a home. Our program’s motto is to create a safe place for our heroes to buy and sell homes. She encompasses all of that.
